Informational Cost of Integration
My research explores the intersection of organization design, innovation, and information transfer, with a particular focus on how strategic decisions such as vertical integration and managerial incentives influence a firm's innovation outcomes. I am motivated by the challenge of understanding how firms can effectively manage their internal and external knowledge flows to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage. My work seeks to bridge gaps in the literature by providing empirical insights into the mechanisms through which organizational structures and managerial decisions shape the innovation landscape.
